This Privacy Policy explains how Ziyad Alsuhaymi ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Block Blaster Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We prioritize your privacy. Most of the data generated by Block Blaster Puzzle is stored locally on your device.

A. Data Used to Track You

The following data may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies:

Device ID: Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected by our advertising partner to serve relevant ads. We request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs.
Advertising Data: Information about ads you have viewed or interacted with.

B. Data Linked to You

Game Center: Your Game Center player ID is used for leaderboards and achievements. This data is managed by Apple.
Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases are processed by Apple and not stored by us.

C. Data Not Linked to You

We may collect the following data for analytics and app improvement, which is not linked to your personal identity:

Usage Data: Information about how you use the app (e.g., scores, game modes played, power-ups used) to help us improve the user experience.
Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help us operate the App:

Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and usage data. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Read Google's Privacy Policy.
Apple Game Center: Used for leaderboards (High Score, Lines Cleared, Best Combo) and 15 achievements. Managed by Apple. Read Apple's Privacy Policy.
Apple StoreKit: Used to process in-app purchases (coin packs, starter bundle, remove ads, tip jar). All transactions are handled securely by Apple.
Apple CloudKit: Used for optional iCloud game data sync. Your game progress can be synced across your Apple devices via your iCloud account.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including:

Coin packs (1,000 / 5,000 / 15,000 coins)
Starter Bundle (Remove Ads + Coins + Exclusive Theme)
Remove Ads
Tip Jar (to support the developer)

All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel purchases through your Apple ID settings.

4. Sensory Packs & Themes

Sensory Packs (visual themes with custom audio profiles) are purchased using in-game coins. No additional data is collected when you purchase or use these themes. Theme preferences are stored locally on your device.

5. Your Choices

Opt out of personalized ads: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.
Remove ads entirely: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option or the Starter Bundle within the app.
Delete all data: Use the "Delete All Game Data" button in the app's Settings screen to erase all scores, purchases, and progress from your device.
Request data deletion: Contact us at the email below to request deletion of any data associated with your device.
Disable iCloud sync: Turn off iCloud sync in the app's Settings to keep all data local to your device.

6. Data Security

Local Storage: Your game progress, settings, coin balance, power-up inventory, and theme preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults).
No Account Required: The app does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play.
Encryption: All in-app purchase transactions are encrypted and processed by Apple.

7. Children's Privacy

Block Blaster Puzzle is rated 4+ and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The ads displayed are configured for a general audience.

8. International Users

Block Blaster Puzzle is available in 7 languages (English, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, French, Spanish, Hindi) and is available worldwide. Data processing occurs in accordance with Apple's data handling practices and the privacy laws applicable to your region.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated date.
