By downloading or using Block Blaster Puzzle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers optional in-app purchases including:
All purchases are final and processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, Starter Bundle) can be restored on any device using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's Shop.
Coins are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside the App. We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and rewards at any time.
Power-ups (Hammer, Reroll, Undo, Trash, Hint) can be earned through gameplay or purchased with coins. Sensory Packs (visual themes with custom audio) are purchased with coins and remain available permanently once purchased. Power-up inventory is stored locally on your device.
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads (shown periodically after game over), and optional rewarded video ads (watch to earn coins). You may remove non-rewarded ads by purchasing "Remove Ads" or the Starter Bundle. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and we are not responsible for the content of those ads.
The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your Game Center display name and scores are visible to other Game Center users. Game Center is governed by Apple's terms of service.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud sync is available to back up your data across devices. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device loss, damage, or app deletion. You can delete all game data from within the app's Settings screen.

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, animations, Metal shaders, Lottie animations, and code, is owned by Ziyad Alsuhaymi and protected by copyright law. Certain audio assets are used under the CC0 (public domain) license from Kenney.nl.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency, or inability to access in-app purchases.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
