By downloading or using Color Number Match ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers optional in-app purchases including coins, power-ups, ad removal, and unlimited lives. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly. Consumable purchases (coins, power-ups) cannot be transferred between devices unless iCloud sync is enabled in a future update.
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and we are not responsible for the content of those ads.
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device loss, damage, or app deletion. Back up your device regularly.

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Ziyad Alsuhaymi and protected by copyright law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
