By downloading or using Tempo Focus ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Tempo Focus is provided by Ziyad Alsuhaymi ("we", "us").
You're granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tempo Focus on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Standard EULA. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, sub-license, or redistribute the app.
Tempo Focus uses Apple's Family Controls framework to apply blocking. The app cannot block apps unless you grant Screen Time authorization. Blocking is best-effort: iOS controls when shields are applied. We're not liable if a blocked app surfaces during a session due to system behavior outside our control.
The AI coach is a convenience feature. Suggestions are generated entirely on-device by Apple's Foundation Models framework and may be inaccurate, irrelevant, or generic. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. The coach is unavailable on devices that don't support Apple Intelligence; in that case the app falls back to a generic 3-step template.
If and when Tempo Focus offers paid features, terms specific to those purchases will appear at the point of sale and are governed by Apple's payment system. Refund requests go through Apple's Report a Problem page.
Tempo Focus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tempo Focus, including lost productivity, lost data, or missed deadlines.
You can terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We can terminate or modify the app at any time, including discontinuing features or the app entirely.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the website and in release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
