These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Upcomin' mobile application (the "App") operated by Ziyad Alsuhaymi ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Upcomin' offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Upcomin' Pro," which unlocks:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region.
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Only one trial per Apple ID.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Game metadata is provided by IGDB. Live stream data is provided by Twitch. Price data is provided by CheapShark. Current-player counts are provided by Steam. These services are independent of Upcomin'. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data from third-party services, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes to their APIs.
Guides are generated on-device using Apple Foundation Models. AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions. Guides are offered as-is and should not be treated as official walkthroughs. Always verify critical information from primary sources before relying on it.
Release dates, pricing, and availability can change at any time at the publisher or storefront's discretion. We make no guarantee that a tracked game will release on the date shown, that a price will remain available, or that a Twitch stream will stay live.
Launch reminders are scheduled locally on your device and fire based on information available at the time of scheduling. If a release date is changed by the publisher, you may need to untrack and re-track the game to refresh the reminder.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Your active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply.
